Today, NASA and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announced the signing of an historic agreement to coordinate standards for transporting both government and non-government astronauts to and from space. The two agencies will provide a stable framework for the U.S. space industry, avoid conflicting requirements and multiple sets of standards, and advance both public and crew safety. Today marks an important step towards the success of the new public-private partnership model that is the future of America’s space industry.
“This agreement is the next step in bringing the business of launching Americans back to American soil,” Charles Bolden, NASA administrator said. “We are fostering private sector innovation while maintaining high standards of safety and reliability to re-establish U.S.-crewed access to low-Earth orbit, in-sourcing work to American companies and encouraging the development of dynamic and cost-effective spaceflight capabilities built to last.”

Police officer denies manslaughter
The police officer who struck Ian Tomlinson with a baton minutes before the newspaper vendor died did so when his ‘blood was up’ after being ‘humiliated’ by a protester who had escaped as he was trying to make an arrest, a court heard today.
The actions of Pc Simon Harwood, who is charged with manslaughter, were described by the prosecution today as being ‘more akin to thuggish behaviour than proper reasonable policing’.
The jury was told that he allegedly sent the homeless newspaper seller flying with a ‘forceful baton strike’ and a ‘powerful push’ as he stood with his back to police and his hands in his pockets during the G20 protests.
Pc Harwood, 41, had been ‘embarrassed if not humiliated’ after trying to arrest a G20 protester who was daubing graffiti on a police van, only for the vandal to wriggle free, to the cheers of a watching crowd.
After being struck, 47-year-old father-of-nine Mr Tomlinson fell to the ground during the April 2009 demo before staggering 70 metres away, where he eventually collapsed and died minutes later near the Royal Exchange Buildings in the City of London.
I’ve heard stories of online news magically changing, I’ve witnessed it happen, I know it happens, but I am always happy to see it brought to the public’s attention. I made a large online purchase of all the books that will most likely eventually be banned. Two of my packages came opened and marked. My best friend, whom I have long discussions with concerning corruption and dissent on the phone as well as via email exchange, had her new phone intercepted at the post office by feds, however she was out of the state at the time.

Wells, Huxley, Zbigniew, Kissinger, Woodward, Kagan, Bernays, and many, many more. I even got the actual Agenda 21 manual, which is put together in a hard cover book. When my orders started arriving, I noticed two packages had been opened and marked with bright orange stickers. One of the packages contained the book The New World Order by H.G. Wells.

Many Americans have found themselves fighting the government to be able to produce, sell, and eat the type of food they desire. How can the government decide what type of food we sell, produce, and eat in a “free” country, especially if the food is making us healthier? How can the government arrest people over unpasteurized milk? How free would you feel if you were told you have no right to being healthy, and no right to allow your children to eat and drink the foods you feel are best for them?
Lemonade stands, raw milk, fast food, and recording police are things that could earn you not just fines, but also a place in jail. The bitter irony rings in my head as I remember asking my mother at a very young age, “If drugs are illegal, why do they allow people to eat McDonald’s food?” Of course I was no more than eight years old and was only trying to keep others safe. On a field trip to the museum, we were shown over-sized models of clogged arteries, with french fries and hamburgers named as the culprit. At school, they told us drugs were bad. They also told us fast food was bad. I always knew I was a prophet…or was I just a child bending to engineered consent 20 years in advance?

Okla. 1998) (rejecting a claim that the plaintiff had the fundamental “right to take whatever treatment he wishes due to his terminal condition regardless of whether the FDA approves the treatment”). Finally, even if such a right did exist, it would not render
FDA’s regulations unconstitutional because prohibiting the interstate sale and distribution of unpasteurized milk promotes “bodily and physical health.”
I may be reading this wrong, but did the court rule that, if the right existed, prohibiting the sale and distribution of raw milk wouldn’t be unconstitutional because the FDA’s regulations restricting food choice are to keep us safe and promote “bodily and physical health”?
